The project is structured into the six components described below, including its main deliverables:

Component 1: Managerial Innovation

• Implementation of the Local Innovation Agent for Cooperatives (ALI Coop) methodology in organizations across the Legal Amazon.
• Consulting services focused on cooperative management and business development, including market readiness, access to credit, and regulatory compliance.
• Support solutions aimed at innovation, digitalization, and process improvement through the Sebraetec Platform.
• Leadership Skills Training Program.
• Technical immersion visits to benchmark cooperatives.

Component 2: Productive Innovation

• Expansion of the productive infrastructure of participating cooperatives through the acquisition of machinery and equipment.
• Technical assistance focused on mechanization.
• Productive technical support services for cooperative member families, with an emphasis on extractive production activities.

Component 3: Territorial Business Strategy

• Strategic market analysis.
• Territorial recognition and positioning strategy (place branding).
• Establishment of a Business Development Office.

Component 4: Socio-Bioeconomy Challenges

• Development and implementation of solutions to address key socio-bioeconomy challenges in the Amazon.

Component 5: Promotion of Cooperativism

• Training activities on democratic governance practices and cooperative principles.
• Cooperative hackathons focused on governance solutions.
• Awareness-raising, training, and mentoring activities to attract and retain cooperative members.
• Communication campaign to strengthen the cooperative culture of the Amazon.

Component 6: Management Component

• Integration, monitoring, and systematization of project results.
• Administrative and financial management.
